William went above and beyond to show us every possible sample we might like, and we were able to choose a flooring that we loved. Installation went very well and it looks gorgeous. Thank you guys! Would recommend to anyone.

We recently bought a house and had a hole in the laminate flooring where a heater or something had previously been. It was only about 2′ x 2′ and we had matching pieces of the flooring, but because it’s an old type of laminate it was not the easiest repair job. I called several flooring companies and most of them wouldn’t even return my calls after they saw photos of the floor, and no other company would even give me a quote. The Floor Center was extremely helpful and they looked at the photos I sent, asked a lot of questions, came to check it out, and then send a flooring installer. The installer worked quickly and did a fantastic job, and he paid a lot of attention to detail and was quite a perfectionist. The floor looks really nice, even my family couldn’t tell where the hole had been. Highly recommend.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while – my husband found this store thanks to Yelp last fall when we started renovating our new house. The reason we initially came here was because of the photos of all the flooring samples – way more than any other store we had been to at that point. The showroom did not disappoint – we finally found what we were looking for – a gray wash engineered wood. The price was a little steeper than we were looking to spend, but Robert worked with his supplier and helped us get it down a bit – which helped us decide that this was the way to go. We are SO happy with our “St. Laurent” flooring from LM. It is exactly what we were looking for – fresh/modern and incredibly good for people with dogs/kids because it doesn’t show wear and tear very easily.

We had our old carpet removed and wood floors installed throughout our home. The Floor Center was recommended by friends who had previously used them. We also had the old wood floor and the sub floor removed in order to even out all areas. Robert was very easy to work with when picking out what we wanted and allowing us to take a sample home to see how it would look. Greg was the installer and he did a beautiful job especially next to the fireplace, where it looks like the floor was installed before the fireplace was put in.

Great experience! Robert and his team did a phenomenal job. Even after there was a delay due to our first flooring order arriving damaged, The Floor Center pushed to get the job done on time for our move in date. The floors are immaculate – 3/4″ solid oak hardwood. Every seam and baseboard is perfectly finished. Their prices were on the higher end, but their work was well worth it! I highly recommend The Floor Center!

Wow! What a great company and outstanding customer service! This review is based on my interaction with William and everyone who has responded to my emails and phone calls. At the end, the contractor we use to renovate the newly bought condo out beat the quote William provided, but if not because I’m in such tight budget, I would stick with the Floor Center for sure. Here is why: 1) William looks like a Rock star and he really rocks in this business. He showed up ontime and was able to give me a quote right on the spot that out beat two other companies’ quote ( including Home Depot) Knowledgable , responsive and professional. 2) he was honest and upfront with me with the kind of quality of work and material the floor company uses and won’t use anything cheap, so he showed me the price point and supplier’ website. ( which I like and respect, it is weight better than contractor promised you a good price but bring you cheap laminate that is not gonna hold up.) 3) after he has helped us picked out the materials and “ordered” = (Time invested), this horrible person, me, has to call him and tell him that my existing contractor who is remodeling my new home willing to match the material I choose from Floor Center and quote me even lower, William graciously told me that it is okay that I have to choose them over the flooring center, he still has time to cancel the materials ordered. 4) the fact that I feel horrible to cancel two to three days before the job supposed to start and he was willing to put my best interest first not and not making me feel bad about it. I am thankful. 5) my next house, I will for sure to use the floor center.
